Gate Helper Status

Clear warning hides a completed error here only. It does not fix gate access or change its original result. Show dismissed warnings lets you review it again. Clear for a new attempt separately closes a completed standalone request after a fresh readback; then choose the intended action in the tenant account. Find the tenant, read the problem, then review removal. After correcting the saved information in Staff, choose Resend after fixing. Removal keeps history and does not delete a code from DoorKing. Changes require owner sign-in. The extra authenticator check can be turned on or off under Account Security. Local errors that Helper has not reported cannot be shown here.
