Main and Urbana gate-code cleanup

Select only the codes you have reviewed, then confirm permanent deletion. Nothing is sent until you confirm. Confirm the tenant and resident identity in DoorKing before approving cleanup. Codes for tenants with active units at the same facility must be kept.

Stored codes marked deleted locally are included because they may still exist in DoorKing. Unmatched DoorKing codes need separate manual identification.
